Fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and money laundering are strictly prohibited on batjil. Players found engaging in prohibited activity will have their accounts permanently suspended, their balances voided, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where required by law.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or sharing an Account with another person, such conduct constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use any part of the batjil Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. batjil enforces a strict 18+ policy and conducts age verification at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, and at any time the Company has reason to doubt a Player's age. Any Account found to belong to a Player under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently suspended. Any Funds in such an Account — including winnings — will be forfeited. batjil will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to detection of underage use.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the batjil Platform. Players found to have registered multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment details — will have all duplicate Accounts suspended. Winnings accumulated across duplicate Accounts may be voided at batjil's sole discretion.
The batjil Platform is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. batjil makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction beyond its intended market.
The following persons are not eligible to register or hold an Account on batjil: (a) persons under 18 years of age; (b) persons who have self-excluded from the Platform and whose exclusion period has not expired; (c) employees, contractors, directors, or agents of batjil or its affiliated companies; (d) immediate family members of batjil employees who share a household with such employee.
To access the full functionality of the batjil Platform, including placing bets and processing transactions, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (e.g., the bKash or Nagad number you intend to use for transactions).
batjil reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration or at any time thereafter. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), Passport, or Driver's Licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. If your contact details, payment method, or other registered information changes, you must update your Account profile promptly. batjil accepts no responsibility for failed communications, undelivered withdrawal proceeds, or other consequences arising from outdated Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
batjil will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from batjil that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must: (a) change your password immediately using the password reset function; (b) contact batjil support at [email protected] without delay; and (c) refrain from making further deposits until the security of your Account has been confirmed. batjil will conduct an investigation but will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
For additional security, batjil strongly recommends enabling two-step OTP verification on your Account. This feature sends a one-time code to your registered mobile number each time a login is attempted from an unrecognised device.
batjil accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). batjil does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processors not listed above.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed in the batjil cashier at the time of deposit. Players who attempt to deposit below the minimum or above the maximum will receive an error notification and their transaction will not be processed.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account in real time, typically within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to five minutes to reflect depending on the issuing bank's processing speed. If a deposit does not appear in your Account balance within 15 minutes of successful payment, contact batjil support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
All funds deposited into a batjil Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or payment methods belonging to another person are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players whose Accounts have been fully verified under the KYC process described in Section 4. Players with pending KYC verification will have their withdrawal requests held until verification is complete. batjil will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.
For fully verified Accounts, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within two to five minutes. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are typically processed within ten to fifteen minutes. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take one to three business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule. batjil targets same-session processing for all mobile wallet withdrawals during normal operating hours (BST, UTC+6).
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period. Current limits are displayed in the batjil cashier. Players wishing to withdraw amounts above the standard maximum should contact batjil support in advance to arrange a high-value withdrawal review.
batjil reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players must not have any active bonus wagering requirements outstanding at the time of a withdrawal request, unless the withdrawal is explicitly permitted under the terms of the applicable bonus. Where a bonus is active, the withdrawal request will be applied to the Real Money Balance only; the Bonus Balance will be retained or forfeited per the bonus terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the batjil Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of Funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
Where batjil determines that a Player has engaged in any prohibited activity, the Company reserves the right to: suspend or permanently close the Account; void all pending bets and unsettled games; withhold and forfeit the Account balance; recover losses suffered by batjil or other Players as a result of the prohibited activity; and disclose relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory bodies as required.
batjil is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Company provides a suite of player-protection tools accessible directly from every registered Account. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods (ranging from 24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.
Deposit limits and self-exclusion take effect immediately upon activation. Cool-off periods take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the nominated period. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of six months; after that period, reinstatement is available only upon written request and following a mandatory seven-day reflection period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batjil, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
batjil's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these terms limits batjil's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. batjil makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
batjil collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at https://batjil.biz/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
batjil implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transaction interfaces to protect data in transit. Player Funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used as operating capital. batjil will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
batjil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect a Player's rights or obligations — batjil will provide notice to affected Players via their registered email address no fewer than seven calendar days before the changes take effect.
Minor changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of existing terms, or updates to contact information) may be implemented without advance notice. All amendments will carry an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform before the effective date of the change and contact batjil support at [email protected] to arrange Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Funds. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the batjil Platform shall first be submitted to batjil's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute.
batjil will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and will endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement. If a dispute cannot be resolved through batjil's internal process, the parties agree to submit the matter to mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. The seat of any legal proceedings, should they become necessary, shall be Dhaka, Bangladesh.
These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
